RHP Rick Helling made his second start at extended spring training, allowing just three hits over 5.2 scoreless innings (0 BBs, 7Ks).  He threw 62 pitches and felt no pain or discomfort.  He will return to Milwaukee for further evaluation.
 
Helling has been on the disabled list since April 16, retroactive to April 11, with a sprained right elbow.  He was transferred to the 60-day disabled list on June 2.
