Thomas Werner, chairman of the Boston Red Sox and Liverpool Football Club, will deliver the keynote speech at Marquette University College of Business Administration's annual Business Leaders Forum luncheon on Sept. 30. The presentation is open to the public and the luncheon costs $40.
