{image1}We've all heard that eventually the real estate "bubble" that is causing property values to skyrocket around the country is going to burst. In 2005, rates rose 12.6 percent higher than they did in 2004, which was already 8.9 percent higher than the previous year.

Experts like Alan Greenspan say this can't last, but what do you think? Will Milwaukee's real estate "bubble" burst? And if so, when?

I don't know exactly what defines cool nowadays, and I don't think I have ever been described as cool. But Fonzie was honest, hardworking, caring, compassionate and a good friend. Yeah, that's cool.
