Sobelman's Pub & Grill will opening its new North Shore location on Wednesday, Aug. 5 in the former Centennial Bar & Grille space at 10352 N. Port Washington Rd.
The menu will include a full array of Sobelman's burgers and appetizers, along with a variety of sandwiches, including both fried and grilled chicken, a BLT and fried fish. A Friday fish fry with four pieces of beer battered cod, coleslaw, fries, macaroni pasta and rye bread will be available seven days a week for $9.
This is the third location for the Milwaukee restaurant, known both for its burgers and Bloody Marys. Other locations are the original restaurant at 1900 W. St. Paul Ave. and a location on the Marquette University campus at 1601 W. Wells St.
Sobelman's Mequon kitchen will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 to 9 p.m.

In 2024, Lori was honored with a "Top 20 Women in Hospitality to Watch" award by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association.
When she’s not eating, photographing food, writing or planning for TV and radio spots, you’ll find Lori seeking out adventures with her husband Paul, traveling, cooking, reading, learning, snuggling with her cats and looking for ways to make a difference.
