Today (Tuesday, April 8) marks the opening day for Greenfield’s first Chipotle Mexican Grill, which will open its doors at 8515 Sura Lane.

The new location will feature the brand’s signature Chipotlane, a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows guests to conveniently retrieve their digital orders without the need to leave their cars.

The National brand, known for its commitment to sourcing both locally sourced and organic produce and responsibly-sourced meat, will also showcase it’s newest protein, Chipotle Honey Chicken, at the Greenfield location for a limited time.

Chipotle Honey Chicken features fresh grilled chicken seasoned with savory Mexican spices and marinated with seared smoked chipotle peppers and a touch of honey. The protein, which builds on the national hot honey trend, is available in a wide variety of custom combinations. The most popular among customers is white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce.

Beginning April 8, Chipotle Greenfield will be open daily from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m.
