Two fitness studios and a clothing shop will soon open in Milwaukee's Third Ward neighborhood.

Flirt, 317 N. Broadway, closed its doors and Stella’s Closet will open in its place on Friday, Nov. 29. 

Flirt owner Jenny Gehl, who also owned Gossip in Mequon, sold the business but will continue to work there.

Also, Concept 10 10 recently opened at 130 N. Jefferson St., and specializes in one-on-one, high-intensity resistance training. 

Barre Bee Fit will soon open at 225 N. Water St. The fitness chain has studios in Chicago, Ann Arbor, Dallas and more. 

Barre Bee Fit says it is a group fitness program for women that blends the ballet barre with choreography and classroom instruction to combine cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and restoration.

The grand opening is Saturday, Dec. 7.
