Looking for something new to try Downtown?

Proof Pizza, located just inside the Saint Kate Arts Hotel at 139 E. Kilbourn Ave., has expanded their menu to include two offerings showcasing their scrumptious new bianca-style white sauce.

Bianca pizza offerings include artichoke and chicken, featuring artichokes, spinach, Red Rock chicken and chili oil ($14) and prosciutto and mozzarella featuring arugula, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, garlic oil and balsamic glaze ($14).

Guests are also invited to build their own pizza with a choice of sauce, cheese and up to four toppings.

In addition to the new pizzas, Proof has also expanded their selection of antipasti to include options like provoleta (oven-baked smoked provolone served with tomatoes, pesto, roasted garlic and ciabatta, $9), warm marinated olives ($5) and honey-giardiniera chicken wings ($14).

Support World Central Kitchen

Even better, throughout the month of July, Saint Kate is also celebrating National Culinary Arts Month by supporting the work of World Central Kitchen, a nonprofit organization that provides meals in response to humanitarian, climate and community crises. Through July 31, 3% of all proceeds from food and beverage offerings at all Saint Kate’s bars and restaurants – including Proof Pizza, Aria, The Dark Room and Giggly – will be donated directly to the organization.

Proof Pizzas are available for both dine-in (you can even enjoy your pizza at the Saint Kate Bar), carry-out or delivery. Be sure to order your pie unsliced if you opt for carry-out or delivery, as it helps to maintain the integrity of the crust.
