The Hill Has Eyes, celebrating its 10th season this year, opens to the public on Friday, October 1 at The Rock Sports Complex in Franklin.
The Hill Has Eyes experience is entirely an outdoor setting spread across 45 acres and lasts about 60 minutes.
“It’s our 10th year, and it’s our scariest yet,” said Director Joe Zimmerman. “We can guarantee surprises around every corner!”
Here's the drill:
A jaunt through the Hills Has Eyes includes four separate haunted experiences. First up is the haunted trailer park where a cast of mutant cannibal hillbillies will chase guests through the warped trailer park of Failed Escape.
Then it's on to Hunger Hollow, where guests are corralled into the toxic landfill filled with – what may or may not be – a million gallons of waste. After that, it's straight into CARNIvore, followed by the terrifying Dead End.

Hill Has Eyes will also once again present The Not So Scary Halloween Party, ideal for kids ages 8 to 12. Back for its fifth season, The Hill Has Eyes shifts to “kid fun mode” on Sundays in October at 2:30 p.m. Kids are welcome to dress up and trick or treat through the haunt, greeted by “tyke-level” ghosts and ghouls.
Special note: On Saturday, Oct. 2 OnMilwaukee's Cyclocross race, "Hill Bill, Vol. 1" will take place at the same facility from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Ideal for families to check out or particpate in before or after The Not So Scary Halloween Party! Go here for more info.
This year’s timed ticketing option allows guests to purchase tickets online for a specific time, meaning less wait time and more scare time in an outdoor environment. Find out more about tickets and the VIP speed pass here. Parking is free.
Group packages are also available and include:
- A group of five or more receive a bucket of White Claw or Coca-Cola for those under age 21.
- Groups of 10 or more receive the drink bucket and a beanie for each member.
- Large groups of at least 15 receive all the rewards, plus $3 off each ticket.
