The weather is finally getting warmer, and the sounds of enthusiastic pedal tavern patrons fill the streets. Summer is almost here. With Summerfest, Bastille Days, Brady Street Festival and your college roommate’s wedding just around the corner, it's time to start revamping your summer wardrobe. One of the best ways to pull together any warm weather look is to add a pair of shades or optical lenses.

We visited Wisconsin Vision’s Third Ward location, where we found the perfect pairs of frames to compliment five fresh summer outfit ideas.

Look 1: A day at Bradford Beach

Bring a mean sense of style to your next volleyball game or afternoon stroll at Bradford Beach. Tinted shades are back for 2017, and luckily for you, these Tom Ford sunglasses are more Bella Hadid than Hunter S. Thompson. Pair them with an adorable cover up, like this Tory Burch surf top.

Look 2: A Milwaukee festival

Heading to Summerfest or one of Milwaukee's many neighborhood street festivals? Choose an easy, breezy dress from your closet and give it the "festival upgrade" with cheerful sandals, a summer hat and, of course, a great pair of shades. These bold, oversized Prada frames from Wisconsin Vision are sure to make a statement (the statement being, "I’m fabulous").

Look 3: Rooftop day drinking

If you’re attending a casual rooftop wedding reception or imbibing at the Kimpton on a weekend afternoon, a little black romper just might be the perfect piece to transition you from day to night. If you want to be a bit dressier, complete your outfit with a light blazer, some statement jewelry and these beautifully crafted Prada shades.
