Wisonsin's first 7 Brew, a drive-thru coffee concept that aims to revolutionize the way customers experience drive-thru coffee service, has officially opened at 1010 S. Moorland Rd. in Brookfield.

The brand, which launched its first operation in Arkansas, operates more than 75 stands across the country, offers over 20,000 unique drink combinations from its original Blondie (a caramel and vanilla breve) to smoothies, shakes and teas.

The brand received its official welcome to the Dairy State during a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week in partnership with the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce. During the event, the franchise presented a $2,000 donation to Children’s Wisconsin, the region’s largest provider of pediatric healthcare.

“The heart of 7 Brew is about cultivating kindness wherever we go,” said Tommy Pennington, owner-operator for 7 Brew Brookfield. “We’re excited to make that positive impact in Milwaukee and the greater Wisconsin area. It is a profound moment for me to be able to bring this concept to the place I was raised and return that investment full circle.”

Moving forward, 7 Brew has plans to open at least four stands in the state this year, including locations in West Bend, Eau Claire and Mt. Pleasant.
