After major renovations this summer, Dream Dance Steakhouse – the flagship restaurant at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino – will reopen on Oct. 1.

As for the changes guests can expect, they include a complete redesign of the dining area, an expanded bar at the front of the restaurant and an archway of wine between the bar and dining room.

The menu, which will maintain its emphasis on high quality steaks, seafood and wine, will be orchestrated by a brand new chef. Matthew Molli, who has worked for Potawatomi Hotel & Casino for six years, will bring years of experience to the restaurant, integrating his own touches on individual dishes.

"There’s something amazing about taking a handful of ingredients and being able to make a big variety of dishes," noted Molli in a release about the reopening. "There’s a science and creativity involved. I get to be specific and artistic at the same time."

The Dream Dance Steakhouse dining room will be open from 5 until 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 5 until 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The bar will be open at 4 p.m. those days with burger, wine and tap beer specials available. Dream Dance Steakhouse will be closed Sundays and Mondays.

Reservations for Dream Dance Steakhouse can be made online at paysbig.com.
