Cream City Swirl, 2663 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., will open this fall. The new business will serve frozen yogurt, crepes and gelato. 

Owner Susan Nolan is currently in the process of renovating the 100-year-old building. 

"I believe the antiquity of the building will mesh nicely with the tasteful, retro, chic interior design and décor I am planning for the space,’" says Nolan, who has lived in Bay View for more than 25 years.
