If you need a distraction from the Brewers scuffling down the stretch and falling out of first place in the Central over the weekend, thankfully Bucks season isn't far off as the team today announced its 2022-23 preseason slate.
The five-game preseason run will include two home games at Fiserv Forum, one away game in Chicago and two VERY far away games hosted in Abu Dhabi – the first time the NBA has played games in the United Arab Emirates.
Here's the full five-game schedule for the Milwaukee Bucks' preseason:
- Saturday, Oct. 1 – vs. Memphis Grizzlies, 7 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 6 – vs. Atlanta Hawks in Abu Dhabi, 11 a.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 8 – vs. Atlanta Hawks in Abu Dhabi, 11 a.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 11 – at Chicago Bulls, 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 12 – vs. Brooklyn Nets, 7 p.m.
Tickets for the two home preseason games hosted at Fiserv Forum will go on sale at the Bucks' website beginning on Thursday, Sept. 1. As for the Bucks' 2022-23 regular season schedule, the lineup has yet to be announced – but the slate typically comes out in August, so stay tuned to OnMilwaukee for any updates.
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
