Game recognizes game. That’s been a known fact for some time. On Thursday, though, one of the world’s elite soccer players made the trip to Milwaukee to recognize one of the Bucks’ superstars.

FC Barcelona midfielder Dani Olmo was spotted courtside at Fiserv Forum on Thursday, watching the Bucks take on the Brooklyn Nets. While some may wonder why Olmo chose Milwaukee of all the markets in the league to watch a game, it turns out that he’s a fan of Damian Lillard. In fact, after scoring this year, Olmo has made a habit to drop the infamous “Dame Time” celebration that Lillard breaks out in clutch moments:

Back in October ahead of El Clásico, the rivalry matches between Barcelona and Real Madrid, Olmo explained why he started doing the celebration:

La Liga is currently on a winter break in Spain, so that allowed the midfielder to make his way to Milwaukee for a game this week. Before the game, though, Olmo had the chance to swap jerseys with Dame, and even took some time to score a golazo from half court:

Barcelona currently sit third in the La Liga table, and resume play on January 18th when they take on Getafe. They also sit just above Arsenal in the Champions League table, which likely irks Arsenal supporter Giannis Antetokounmpo. Perhaps Olmo can bring a bit of Dame Time to Barcelona as they continue to chase the La Liga title.
