When Daniel Chairez decided he wanted to open a tortilla business in Milwaukee, he went to Texas to train with professional tortilla makers. In 2009, he opened Tortilleria El Sol which now makes thousands of tortillas every day and has accounts with COA, Bel Air Cantina and more.
