Director George Tillman Jr. is bringing "Notorious" and his latest picture, the inner-city drama "The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete," to the Milwaukee Film Festival Saturday. Before the lights go down this weekend, OnMilwaukee talked with the Milwaukee native about films new, old and inspirational.
