The Knick restaurant, located in the Knickerbocker Hotel, 1030 E. Juneau Ave., closed after brunch service yesterday to make what Jane Pankowski, general manager of N-Stars Restaurants, called "strictly cosmetic changes." The eatery will reopen on Wednesday, Dec. 1 and hosts a free grand re-opening party on Saturday, Dec. 4 with The 5-Card Studs.
