Oggie's is the name of the new venue, which promises a menu of accessible modern European fare served up with a hefty dose of Midwestern charm. And it will do so with a veteran Milwaukee chef at the helm: Thomas Hauck, former owner of c.1880 and more recent culinary director for the Lowlands Restaurant Group.
