Tony and Hillery Farrell produce 600 pounds of microgreens a month from their West Side apartment. They call the business "Farmer Tony's Mission Greens" and sell a fair share of the all-natural greens at farmers markets and to caterers and are working on contracts with local restaurants. They also eat a lot of what they produce.
