Spring will be a little bit sweeter in Bay View, as a family-run handmade donut shop plans to open and become known as the neighborhood donut dealer. Sweet Rings is moving from its Cudahy bakery to the former East Side Ovens space at 2899 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.
