In case you missed the kerfuffle, an anti-police - as in get rid of the police altogether - blogger for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Purple Wisconsin project recently wrote what was one of the silliest columns that the paper has ever run (online in this case). And that's saying a lot. Because there's a lot of competition. But I can't link to the column that caused all of the controversy - and the resignation of an allegedly scummy local pastor because the newspaper took it down.
