It's almost impossible to name everything IMPACT does in Milwaukee, from operating a call center to connecting people in need with programs that can help to assessments of nonprofits to flu season referrals, IMPACT helps more than a quarter-million people annually. We asked president and CEO John Hyatt to tell us more.
