To celebrate what NASA is calling the "Year of the Solar System," the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Manfred Olson Planetarium will launch their newest Friday Night Show to feature some of NASA's future programs.
"2011: Year of The Solar System" will honor the wave of NASA's space exploration projects undertaken from October 2010 to August 2012 every Friday night from 7 to 8 p.m. Sept. 9 through Oct. 14.
Admission to the hour-long program and following 10-minute Q&A session is free for members and $2 for non-members. Tickets are available in the Physics building lobby a half hour before the show. Friday Night Shows are not recommended for children under 5.
