In between putting the finishing touches on their upcoming new album, the Milwaukee-based Wooldridge Brothers will tour around the Midwest with The Baseball Project.
The Baseball Project is a collaboration between Mike Mills of REM, Scott McCaughey of Young Fresh Fellows, Linda Pitmon of Zuzu's Petals and Steve Wynn of the Dream Syndicate created in order to pay tribute to the national pastime, releasing three albums in the process. The group is currently making its way through the Midwest – with the Wooldridge Brothers serving as the supporting act – with a stop in Milwaukee at Anodyne Coffee Hall on Wednesday, July 27.
That same day, The Baseball Project will also perform the national anthem at the Brewers/Diamondbacks game at Miller Park.
