Wild Fork Foods has opened its first Wisconsin market today (Dec. 14) at 635 W. Silver Spring Dr. in Glendale.
Wild Fork Foods Meat & Seafood Market sells frozen grocery goods for pick-up and delivery. Its product line contains over 500 meat and seafood choices, including specialty products like bison, wild boar, alligator and ostrich. Other items include frozen vegetables, seasonings, sauces, prepared dishes and desserts.
A paid Wild Fork membership program offers benefits like same day delivery and shipping.
The new 5,000 square foot grocer is owned by JBS USA, a subsidiary of Brazil-based JBS S.A., one of the largest meat distributors in the world and owner of over 28 meat brands including the Certified Angus Beef brand, GoldnPlump and Swift.
Wild Fork Foods, which has the majority of its stores in Mexico and Brazil, is swiftly expanding in the U.S.. Currently they operate over 30 stores in states including California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas.
