The West Allis Cheese & Sausage Shoppe, 2974 N. Oakland Ave., is closed. The Public Market location, however, remains open.

The East Side shop opened in 2011 in the space that formerly housed Bella’s Fat Cat.

The deli and mail order business was originally located at 6832 W. Becher St. and has been in business for more than 40 years.
