Vagabond, 1122 N. Edison St., will be broadening its reach, bringing its fresh take on Mexican fare from Downtown Milwaukee to three suburban Water Street Brewery locations (Delafield, Grafton and Oak Creek) on select weekends in the month of January.

The pop-ups will include a variety of dishes, margaritas and entertainment Vagabond DJ’s (Friday and Saturday nights from 5 to 9 p.m.) along with special giveaways for guests including Vagabond  tees, hats and stickers along with coupons for things like free margaritas and appetizers (use by April 2021).

On the menu 

In addition to the full Water Street Brewery menu, locations will be offering a wide selection of Vagabond offerings including tacos (Argentinian steak, spicy pork, Gringo pollo, pineapple shrimp and Cholula cauliflower) and sides like chimichurri rice and veggie black beans (just $1 each with the purchase of three tacos).

There will also be Vaga-Bowls, including Gringo pollo, spicy pork and Argentinian steak; chips and salsa, guacamole, and desserts including chimichanga cheesecake (dulce de leche or strawberry).

Guests can also choose from drinks like Jarritos fruit punch, Water Street Brewery Mexican Stout (brewed with Mexican chocolate and cayenne), Rudy’s classic frozen margaritas (lime or strawberry) and hand-shaken margaritas including specialty options like the blueberry basil margarita.
