Iconic Brady Street bar and music venue, Up & Under, announced its last day of business will be Sunday, Sept. 27. The message was posted to Facebook. “Another one bites the dust! Our last day of business will be Sunday, September 27th. So come on down for one last drink.”
Up & Under opened in 1977 as a casual, neighborhood bar that hosted live music – including many Blues bands in the '80s and '90s – and was also a popular spot for karaoke and game watching.
