Tyler Perry's movie grossed $41 million, which is being hailed as the best film ever about a black man in a female fat suit going to prison, finished far ahead of "Taken" ($11.4 million), "Coraline" ($11.031 million) and "He's Just Not That Into You," ($8.5 million).
A little-known movie called "Slumdog Millionaire" slipped into the No. 5 spot at $8 million, but we don't now why there was interest in that film at this point.
