Tiger Woods, who has been in hiding since his car accident on Thanksgiving weekend spiraled into stories about multiple extra-marital affairs and sex addiction, will break his silence Friday.
Woods is slated to read a statement to a small gathering of people at PGA Tour headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. The apology is expected to take place at 10 a.m. (Milwaukee time).
Woods released a statement in December, saying:
"I have let my family down and I regreat those transgressions with all of my heart. I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family."
