It felt a little like summer this weekend – and it feels even more like summer now as Summerfest announced yet another headliner for its upcoming 2024 edition: pop rockers Maroon 5, who will take the American Family Insurance Amphitheater stage on Friday, July 5.
The Grammy-winning stars behind hits like "This Love," "Moves Like Jagger" and "Sugar" last came to Milwaukee in 2021, playing the Amp after their original August 2020 show at the venue was postponed due to the pandemic.
Tickets for Maroon 5's Big Gig stop will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, March 8 at 10 a.m. at Summerfest's website and Ticketmaster as well as in person at the Big Gig box office. For more information, visit Summerfest's website.
With the addition of Maroon 5, Summerfest now has two-thirds of their major headliners confirmed for 2024. Here's the main stage lineup as it currently stands:
- Thursday, June 20 – Kane Brown
- Friday, June 21 – Motley Crue

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
