The World’s Biggest Music Festival is pulling out all the stops in 2018, rolling out over 70 new festival foods – from Klement’s brats and bacon cannoli to sweet plantains and potato gnocchi – to enjoy in between acts.

There are also multiple new vendors including Klement’s Sausage, BelAir Cantina, Koepsell’s Kettle Corn, Cedar Crest Frozen Custard, and Little Sweetie’s Specialty Treat Wagon.

Even longtime vendors are offering something new. Both Auntie Anne’s and Sil’s Mini Donuts will expand their offerings in new locations. And the wildly popular wine destination, the Summerfest Corkscrew, will have a second location at the new U.S. Cellular Connection Stage where guests can enjoy fine wines and beer as well as a variety of cheese and sausage plates.

Here are just some of the new things you'll find on the menu.

Burgers

Chubby’s Cheesesteaks Wisco Burger (American Family Insurance Amphitheater Forecourt) featuring a Black Angus patty topped with American, mozzarella, provolone and deep fried cheese curds on a brioche bun.

Flannery’s Cajun Burger (Ethnic Village) features 1/3-pound ground chuck burger smothered in our homemade Cajun buffalo sauce, topped with pepper jack cheese, and served on a brioche bun with seasoned waffle cut fries

Vegetarian and vegan

Greek Village Falafel Platter (Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard, Ethnic Village) will feature falafel served on pita with tahini and a side of fries.

AJ Bombers Beyond Burger™ Combo (Northwestern Mutual Children’s Area) features a plant-based burger that’s soy-free, gluten-free non-GMO and has 20 grams of protein. The burger will be served with lettuce and tomato and a side of tots.

Ward’s House of Prime Impossible Burger (Ethnic Village) featuring an Impossible Patty topped with American cheese and truffle mayo on a bun with a side of tater tots.

Botanas Vegan Burrito Bowl (Ethnic Village) featuring beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, bell peppers and jalapenos.

Millie’s Spaghetti Factory Deep Fried Green Beans (Ethnic Village) are breaded green beans sprinkled with parmesan cheese and served with ranch dressing.

Ethnic options

BelAir Cantina offerings (Northwestern Mutual Children’s Area) will include a wide variety of tacos as well as nachos, esquites, chips and guacamole, chips and BelAir house salsas, sweet plantains and horchata ice cream.

Vagabond Trailer Fries (Briggs and Stratton Big Backyard) are fries loaded up with nacho cheese, spicy pork verde, pico de gallo, guacamole, cilantro crema.

Venice Club Italian Wrap (Harley-Davidson Roadhouse) includes charcoal grilled chicken breast perfectly seasoned with Italian herbs, wrapped in a spinach tortilla with lettuce, shredded mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, caramelized onion and our homemade parmesan peppercorn dressing.

Chubby’s Cheesesteaks Walking Nachos Supreme (American Family Insurance Amphitheater Forecourt) Doritos, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, jalapenos, sour cream and salsa.

Louise’s Trattoria Gnocchi with Truffle Cream Sauce (with or without a chianti braised short rib) (Water Street Brewery) features potato gnocchi in a rich truffle cream sauce.

Fish fry

Trinity Three Irish Pub Fish n Chips Cone (Briggs and Stratton Big Backyard) featuring beer battered cod and French fries with homemade tartar sauce and served  street food style.

Turducken!

Trinity Three Irish Pub (Briggs and Stratton Big Backyard) will also roll out Deep Fried Turducken on a Stick. It features roast chicken layered with duck confit, roast turkey, stuffing and amber beer gravy. It's deep fried and drizzled with cranberry reduction. 

Sweets

Cedar Crest Frozen Custard (Uline Warehouse/North Market Area) will serve up flavors including vanilla, butter pecan, caramel cone, Mint Mack Island, #LUV Peanut Butter and strawberry cheesecake frozen custard.

Divino Italian Donuts (Ethnic Village) will feature fried dough tossed with cinnamon and sugar, served with warmed Nutella.

Saz’s Dockside Deep Fried Double Stuffed Oreo S’mores Ice Cream Sundae (BMO Harris Pavilion) will include Cedar Crest Premium Vanilla Ice Cream surrounded by a trio of sweet vanilla corn flake dunked deep fried Oreos drizzled with chocolate sauce and topped with marshmallow fluff and graham cracker crumbles.

Solo Bacon Cannoli (American Family Insurance Amphitheater Forecourt) featuring a beer candied bacon "cannoli" shell filled with beer candied bacon cheesecake, garnished with beer candied bacon bits.

Beverages

There are also a variety of new beverages available on the grounds including Bollicini Sparkling Rosé, Crispin Rosé (apple pear cider  inspired by the traditional Provence style of rosé), bubly Sparkling Water (grapefruit, lime and strawberry) and beers like Lakefront Eazy Teazy, Lakefront Happy Glamper Leisure Ale, Leinenkugel's Northwoods Lager and Pilsner Urquell.
