This morning, the Riverside Theater announced that comedy legends Steve Martin and Martin Short will join forces for "An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life," a night of music and merriment hosted on Sunday, Oct. 8.

The variety show-esque live performance will feature stand-up comedy, musical numbers – including frequent Steve Martin/Martin Short collaborators Jeff Babko and the Steep Canyon Rangers, the latter of which Martin previously played with in Milwaukee in 2013 – film clips and conversation about the duo's impressive careers across screens and stages of all sizes.

Tickets for the 8 p.m. show – doors open at 7 p.m. – go on sale beginning on Friday, Nov. 18 at noon. Reserved seating tickets will go for $79.50, $99.50, $175 and $200. For more information, visit the Riverside's website.
