This month’s Steinhafels "Before and After" is one of our most dramatic transformations yet! The setting is a modest family home in Whitefish Bay, and as you’ll see, some relatively simple changes made a world of difference from start to finish.
Jenii Kluver is an interior designer based in our Oak Creek store. As you can see on Jenii’s Decorating Solutions Profile page, she has done some impressive design projects. We especially like this one because it’s very relatable to homeowners today. Andrew and Laurie are an older couple, and they love where they live. Rather than moving, they wanted to create a new look for their home.
Jenii explains, "They knew that they would be removing their carpeting and repainting, but they weren’t sure of much else. Their main concern was keeping the traditional style of the furniture to match the character of their home, but giving it a more updated and modern flair."
Before
Jenii’s goal: To brighten the space and give them a completely different configuration to open up the living room, and give the couple the total transformation they’re looking for.
Let’s take you through the project via pictures!
After
The couple couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product! In their testimonial, they exclaimed, "Jenii did a wonderful job designing our home’s new look. It’s like we have a brand house and didn’t even have to move! We feel we can depend on Jenii — she has great follow-through. Steinhafels stands behind its product, and we got more than we expected!"
We are so happy you love your "new" home Andrew and Laurie!
