North Beach – Racine
Selected by USA Today as one of the "51 Great American Beaches," North Beach is located on the Lake Michigan waterfront. The beach has been designated a Blue Wave Beach (America's first environmental certification for beaches) since 2004.
Willow River State Park – Hudson
Located in Waushara County, Willow Creek County Park is the smallest of 14 parks and spans one acre of land. It features a trout stream, sandy beach, prairie remnants and a nature center on rolling countryside. Spectacular views of the historic Willow Falls and the Willow River Gorge included. This mini oasis has it all.
Cave of the Mounds – Blue Mounds
Cave of the Mounds in Blue Mounds is designated a "National Natural Landmark," yet it may be easier to remember it as the "jewel box" of America’s major caves, named as such for the delicacy of its formations. Choose a hot summer day to visit – the cave has the same temperature every day of the year, a cool 50 degrees.
Cascade Falls – Osceola
This picturesque, 25-foot waterfall is located in the small village of Osceola. It’s nestled along the St. Croix River, and Cascade Falls once was the reason for founding the village. In fact, you can still see remnants of a mill and brewery today. South of the falls is the Osceola Bluff – don’t miss the scenic hike to the top!
