Today’s the day. The Bartolotta Restaurants’ flagship restaurant, Ristorante Bartolotta, reopens today at 5:30 p.m. This marks the first dinner service since the restaurant closed in May to accommodate a special 25th Anniversary refresh.

Guests will note a variety of updates to the dining area. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, the restaurant has a completely new kitchen.

At the moment, the menu remains unchanged. However, Executive Chef Juan Urbieta is planning to add many new traditional regional Italian specialties to the menu in late summer or early fall. The additions will expand the current menu, so loyal guests can rest assured that their favorites will remain available.

The restaurant will host a series of events in celebration of its 25th Anniversary. Visit ristorantebartolotta.com for details.

Ristorante Bartolotta is open Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 9 p.m., Friday from 5:30 to 10 p.m., Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m.
