Here's a quick Q & A with bartender Abbey Kagan of Club Anything
OnMilwaukee.com: How long have you been tending bar?
Abbey Kagan: One year.
OMC: What are your shifts?
AK: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 9 p.m. to close.
OMC: What is your favorite brunch spot in town?
AK: Comet is my favorite brunch spot because the food is fantastic and I LOVE the cupcake selection. I'm a sucker for comfort food and the 'Sconnie-mosa is perfect to nurse a hangover.
OMC: What's your favorite Milwaukee bar (other than the one you work at)?
AK: I love going to La Cage because of the huge dance floor and strong drinks. I always have a blast dancing up in the cage with my friends. I also enjoy going out and not having to worry about being hit on all the time...since the guys there aren't interested in me! haha!
OMC: What's your favorite special or promotion at your bar or a bar you frequent?
AK: Wednesday nights at Club Anything we have Keysone for 25 cents and cans of Pabst for 50 cents.
OMC: What's the most important tool behind the bar?
AK: A great personality!
OMC: Have you served anyone famous?
KH: Ricktor Ravensbruck from Electric Hellfire Club.
OMC: Did he tip well?
AK: Yes!
OMC: What drink are you making for the Bartender Olympics?
