If you aren’t already excited about Christmas (64 days away and counting based on our calculations), get ready for some extra motivation to fast forward into snow, cocoa, cookies and presents under the tree.
Noel Indoor Light Park & Christmas Market is coming to Milwaukee, folks! Specifically, this annual event that has featured in cities across North America is landing at the Wisconsin State Fair Park from Nov. 27. 2021 to Jan. 2, 2022.
When Noel gets underway, the 100,000-square-foot Expo Center will be unrecognizable to regular visitors. Currently, organizers are busy at work on their transformation of the space into a full-blown winter wonderland (with the welcome addition of climate control to prevent frozen toes).
Larger-than-life light structures are arriving from around the world, and when all is said and done, over one million twinkling lights will greet visitors to this holly, jolly, family-friendly event.
Looking up at the 50-foot-tall Christmas trees and wandering through the 250-foot-long light tunnel will undoubtedly be fan – and camera - favorites, but there is plenty more to see and do. Need to cross off stocking stuffers for the family on your list? Stroll through the boutique Christmas Market featuring seasonal products from local vendors. Hungry, thirsty or both? Festive food and drink will also be available to keep spirits high.
You can also take a load off and enjoy live music and performances from the Noel stage or jump in line with the little ones for an enviable photo op with Santa and his host of Christmas companions. From date nights, to family reunions or tiring out the kids so parents can organize (or sleep) during the holiday break, there's something for everyone at Noel Indoor Light Park & Christmas Market.
Tickets for Noel are on sale now, and we’ve been told that popular dates sell out quicker than you can say “Will Ferrell’s performance in Elf deserved an Oscar!” So don’t wait too long to organize your group and pick a time for your visit.
Tickets, updates and more information about Noel can be found on the website: www.NoelMKE.com. Plus, sneak-peaks of merry things to come will be shared on Noel’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
We hope to see you out in your Santa hats at Noel – leave the parkas at the coat check. 'Tis (almost) the season!
