Espana Tapas House will open soon at the corner of Wells Street and Plankinton Avenue in Downtown Milwaukee.
Butch's Clock Bar and Steak House most recently occupied the space at 800 N. Plankinton Ave. Butch's closed in 2009, but its sister restaurant Butch's Old Casino Steak House, 555 N. James Lovell St., remains open.
Espana Tapas House restaurant and bar is located in the Cawker Building, which also houses Port of Call and 17 condos. Its website is not yet live.
