The summer concerts are stacking up in Milwaukee, with another legendary name being added to the BMO Pavilion calendar this year.

Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts are set to perform at BMO Pavilion on Friday, August 29th as part of their “Love Earth” world tour. According to the announcement, the tour kicks off June 18th in Rättvik, Sweden and will hit cities across Europe and the U.K. before heading to North America. U.S. dates begin August 8th in North Carolina and Milwaukee was only part of an initial wave, as there are more set to be announced soon.

Young, 79, took a long break from the road during the pandemic. He returned to touring last year with a large run of shows planned alongside Crazy Horse, the band he’s played with for nearly 50 years. That tour was canceled after health issues arose, but Young  performed select shows with the Chrome Hearts last September.

Fans who are Neil Young Archives members can access a 48-hour presale starting tomorrow, March 25th. You can sign up for the venue presale here. Full ticket sales open to the public this Friday at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster
