Milwaukee Brewing Co. celebrates 414 Day with the return of the beloved Milwaukee Brewing Co. brewery tour ... sort of.

In its heyday, when the tiny original brewery was up and running in Walker's Point, the MKE Brewing tour was a must-do in Milwaukee.

The tours expanded with the brewery, when it moved up to the Brewery District in 2018.

But it all came to an end when Milwaukee Brewing Co. closed, sold its facility to Pilot Project and its intellectual property to Eagle Park.

Now that Eagle Park opened a dedicated Milwaukee Brewing Co. taproom in the former Tonic space in Bay View, it's bringing back the beloved tours, with everything but the tour.

In honor of 414 Day, Milwaukee Brewing Co., on Saturday, April 12, from noon to 9 p.m., will host brewing "tours" at the taproom, 2335 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.

For $25, you'll get a 90-minute session of unlimited half pours of MKE beers (below 7.5 percent), two tokens for stronger beers (over 7.5 percent), a MKE Brewing Company branded glass to keep and sccess to exclusive Milwaukee Day beer releases: MKE Day IPA and Recombobulation bourbon barrel-aged cuvee blend.

Because no brewing takes place here, there's nothing to tour. So, you just get to do the social and sampling parts of the iconic tour.

There will be overlapping sessions at noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m. ad 5 p.m., with a special two-hour "open house" session for $35 at 7 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now and you can buy them online here.

If you're looking for a more traditional brewery tour experience, Eagle Park has what you're looking for.

4-1-4, let's have one more!
