Come on, the headline writes itself. No mean intent, of course; just having fun.

I couldn't help but notice the huge new creature atop the Milwaukee Public Market's roof.  It's a huge, red crab.  At least, it was until City officials requested that it be moved because, according to Paul Schwartz at the Milwaukee Public Market, it was "impeding on the freeway."

Market and city officials, though, will work out the logistics and the crustacean should return soon.

So, what's the deal with the crab?  It's "Crabfest 2010" time at St. Paul Fish Company in the Milwaukee Public Market.

Every night in February features a king crab dinner for $12.95.

More details on "Crabfest" will be released soon. For now, the big crab sleeps but soon he'll be back watching over the Third Ward and the expressway.
