For the sixth straight year, October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com, presented by Concordia University. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delectable features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2012."

Foodies and locavores will have the opportunity to learn from some of the city's most talented chefs as Marcus Restaurants bring back their popular chef series.

The restaurants and their chefs will present a new series of weekly sessions, with each focused on a special locally grown, organic ingredient. The hour-and-a-half sessions include tastings, paired beverages and an interactive discussion with the featured chef.

Fall series sessions will take place weekly from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Oct. 13 through Nov. 17 at the Mason Street Grill Chef's Counter next to The Pfister Hotel. Tickets are $35 each, or $65 per couple.
