It’s bizarre interviewing someone that’s on the radio when I have spent such a long time working in the industry. The conversation moves at a quicker pace and there never seems to be enough time to talk about everything I have planned.

I remember hearing Erich "Mancow" Muller in the late '90s on Milwaukee’s Rock 102.1 doing over the top radio bits with members of his "Morning Madhouse." It was a loud, in your face show that some hated and some still talk about today. Either way, it was successful enough to be syndicated out of Chicago and all throughout the country.

Ten to 15 years later Mancow is still on the radio, not nearly as popular as he once was, but his success has allowed him to invest in several businesses during his radio career. One business that he co-owns with his brother Mark is Max Motors in Butler, Mo. Mark runs the dealership, which is known for blowing up cars and staging a fake UFO landing to drive sales. It’s these crazy antics that can be seen on History Channel’s "God, Guns and Automobiles."
