You knew a country headliner had to be on the way to Summerfest soon – and indeed, this afternoon, the Big Gig announced that "Crash My Party" singer Luke Bryan will crash the world's largest music festival, with special guests Morgan Wallen and Caylee Hammack, on Thursday, June 25.
The show marks Bryan's first show in Milwaukee since 2017, when he headlined the American Family Insurance Amphitheater for the second straight year. He also performed at Country Thunder music festival in Twin Lakes in 2018.
Tickets for Luke Bryan's show will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 31 at Ticketmaster.com and the Summerfest box office, with a special presale the day before for Summerfest Insiders. For more information, visit Summerfest's website.
The country star joins a 2020 Big Gig lineup that now includes Justin Bieber opening up the festival on June 24, Ozzy Osbourne and Marilyn Manson on July 1, and Halsey on July 3. For more Summerfest announcements and updates, stay tuned to OnMilwaukee.
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
