Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is making it easier for deep dish fans in Waukesha. The restaurant, known for its Chicago-style deep dish pizza, has announced that it will be opening its fourth location at 2720 N. Grandview Blvd. in Waukesha.

The new location, which will offer carry-out and delivery only, is currently under construction and slated to open in fall of 2021.

Although the 1,800 square foot restaurant will not offer dine-in service, customers will be able to order Chicago deep dish, salads, pasta and sandwiches for curbside pick-up, no-contact delivery, and drop off catering services in the Waukesha area.

“We’re excited to expand our brand in Wisconsin and make Waukesha home to our fourth location in the Milwaukee market,” said Marc Malnati. “Our partners up north have been critical to our recipe for success. We’ve been sourcing our cheese from the same dairy farmers in Wisconsin for nearly 50 years.”

The new location will also uphold Lou Malnati's commitment to giving back to the community through charitable giving, volunteer involvement and partnerships with local schools and organizations.

In the coming months, Lou Malnati’s will hire approximately 50 local employees – including kitchen crew, phone staff and delivery drivers –for its new Waukesha location.

Other Lou Malnati’s locations include Fox Point (opened December of 2019), Brookfield (opened in August of 2020) and Greenfield, which opened in January of 2021.
