K-Nation Entertainment and Kapco Metal Stamping are hosting a Live At The Lot outdoor concert and movie series at the Kapco parking lot at 1150 Cheyenne Ave., in Grafton.

The series, which runs June 5-20 allows patrons in a limited number of vehicles to enjoy live music and films projected on a 24-foot screen – and some nights both – either from inside their vehicles or on their own lawn chairs next to their cars.

Advance-only ticket sales at liveatthelot.com and cashless food delivery by local restaurants ensure a touchless experience. Alcohol will not be available. Grilling is not permitted.

Tickets are per-car and priced based on location within the lot. Event proceeds will benefit Camp Hometown Heroes, Camp Reunite and the Turning Rivers facility supporting youth facing trauma.

"After months of social distancing, people are longing for concerts, movies, and the many festivals that define summertime in our region. Yet, COVID-19 is still a significant concern that affects all of us," said Kapco President Jim Kacmarcik in a statement.

"Kapco has found a way to provide some great social interactions and experiences, while also ensuring a safe environment for all. We want our series to be a model for others who wish to provide safe live events to the public again this summer."
