Kyuss will play a show at Turner Hall Ballroom, 1032 N. 4th St., on Thursday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m.
Kyuss (pronounced "Kai-uss") formed in the late '80s. They have been described as a heavy metal equivalent to the Velvet Underground and are widely acknowledged as pioneers of the '90s stoner rock scene.
Tickets are $22.50 and will go on sale Friday, Aug. 26 at noon. The Sword will open the show.
