Snuggle up with some holiday cheer as OnMilwaukee shares stories of everything merry and bright in the spirit of the season.
The OnMilwaukee Ho Ho Holiday Guide is brought to you by Harley-Davidson Museum and MolsonCoors.
New this holiday season, Bayshore will host the Kooky Cooky House, presented by Crumbl Cookies and Kilwins.
The House, located in The Yard at Bayshore, 5800 N. Bayshore Dr., is an automated gingerbread cookie factory and Christmas time capsule full of vintage memories and decorations from the 1960s and 1970s.
Kids of all ages can tour the factory to see the cookie making assembly line where a robot conducts the entire operation from mixing to batter, flattening the cookies, decorating and baking to perfection. The Kooky Cooky House is owned by local personality Gino Salomone, whose passion for the house has kept its spirit alive.
The Kooky Cooky House will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Friday, Nov. 18 through Friday, Dec. 23. The hours are noon to 4 p.m. The House is free to attend.
Kooky Cooky House guests will receive vouchers for a free Crumbl Cookie and treat at Kilwins. One voucher per guest for the first 1,000 guests, while supplies last.
Bayshore will also host the "Season To Sparkle" holiday celebration on Friday, Nov. 18 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Tracy Hannemann Group will provide live entertainment along with the lighting of the giant holiday tree, Fairytale Princesses, El Sazon Dominicano and Rose Mob Grill food trucks and new festive décor.
