The annual weekend of culinary celebrations and educational seminars takes place from Oct. 22 to Oct. 25, showcasing a breadth of delicious food, wine and talent.
Highlights of this year's event include demonstrations and tastings by chefs including Christopher Kimball, Bridget Lancaster and Jack Bishop of "America's Test Kitchen," Jacques and Claudine Pepin, Scott Conant, Mindy Segal and Jeff Mauro.
Scottish born chef and cookbook author, Grant MacPherson will headline the Stella Artois Main Stage demonstrations with Belgian Master Beer Sommelier and cicerone Marc Stroobandt.
Wisconsin chefs -- including Stefano Viglietti of Trattoria Stefano in Sheboygan, Bradford Shovlin of The Iron Horse Hotel, Lynn Chisholm of The Paddock Club and Dan Bonanno of Madison's A Pig in a Fur Coat -- will also provide seminars and demonstrations.
Milwaukee bartender Joey Houghtaling will showcase Serrallés Puerto Rican rum in a hands-on cocktail making demonstration.
Additional events showcase beer, wine, coffee and chocolate, along with special paired dinners, celebrity chef luncheons and special evening events.

In 2024, Lori was honored with a "Top 20 Women in Hospitality to Watch" award by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association.
